Rollback of CTA Budapest before November 10th AIRAC AMDT

There was a misunderstanding on authority level between Austria and Hungary in terms of the publication of the services and definitions of the Free Route Airspace. CTA was intended to reflect the area where Free Route Airspace is provided, but due to legal issues it is reverted back to the situation before 10NOV2016 AIRAC. The Following NOTAM was provided:
